You can then go, make a registration and get a card. Using this card, you can borrow books from the library, by maximum 3 books in 3 weeks. If you didn’t finish reading the books in the 3 weeks you can call and ask for extention (10 days I guess) for the book.
When you are late in getting the books back they charge you 25 cents per day. However the library will call you by an automatic message to let you know that the delivery date is within 2-3 days.
